1. Books once purchased cannot be refunded or returned. Kindly check the sample pages provided in the respective folders before buying the books.
2. If the service or course has been accessed/completed more than 20%.
3. If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
4. If dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond our control, such as lack of internet connectivity, user error, or personal time constraints.
5. Services that were delivered or customized specifically to your request (e.g., personalized learning plans, mentoring sessions).
